Chest pain is a common problem of mild to old age person. Among all angina pectoris is the primary symptom of coronary heart disease. Its occur due to insufficiency between demand and supply of blood supply in heart muscle. Some predisposing factor Hypertention, obesity, smoking, stress, Diabetes Mellitus, dyslipidemia, excessive salt intake aggravate Angina pectoris. It’s also called Stable Angina.

  • Chest pain (central)
  • Breathlessness
  • Palpitation
  • Anxiety

  • Electrocardiogram
  • Exercise tolerance test
  • Random blood sugar
  • Lipid profile
Treatment:
  • This pain relieved by taking rest or nitroglycerine or both.
